We guess that you have heard that WHAT you say is not so important as HOW you say it. In some ways, this is correct. Of course you need to have something wise to tell, but as important is transferring the information to the listeners in an effective manner. Otherwise, they focus on HOW you sound instead of WHAT you are saying.
